Is there a commission on bookings?

No. Never. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep every penny your clients pay you.

What happens after the free trial?

You'll be asked to add a payment method. If you don't, your booking page pauses — but nothing is deleted. Your data stays safe.

What if I need more than 10 technicians?

Get in touch and we'll sort something out. Large multi-location salons are welcome.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time from your billing dashboard — it takes effect immediately. Downgrading is possible if you have 2 or fewer active technicians.

Do clients need to create an account?

Clients sign in with a magic link sent to their email — no password needed. Returning clients are recognised automatically.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Your shop stays active until the end of the paid period.
