These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Get Your Glow (“the Service”), an online booking platform operated by Get Your Glow (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Get Your Glow provides software that lets salons and beauty businesses (“Shops”) accept online bookings from their customers. We are a software provider only — we are not party to any appointment or service agreement between a Shop and its customers.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@getyourglow.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are for individuals or businesses. You may not share your account with others or create accounts to circumvent restrictions.
Shop owners subscribe to Get Your Glow on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown at getyourglow.app/pricing. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

When a customer books an appointment through your shop's booking page, the contract for that appointment is between the customer and the Shop. Get Your Glow is not responsible for the quality, safety, or fulfilment of any service booked through the platform. Shops are solely responsible for their own cancellation policies, refunds, and customer communications.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As a Shop owner, you are the data controller for your customers' personal data collected through your booking page. You must have a lawful basis for collecting and processing that data and must maintain your own privacy notice for your customers.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Get Your Glow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload (logos, photos, etc.) and grant us a licence to use it solely to operate the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Your Glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Get Your Glow in the three months preceding the claim.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days following account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.
You may delete your account at any time from the Billing section of your owner dashboard.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
